1. Website content

The German Handball Federation (DHB) excludes all liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against DHB related to claims of a material or intangible kind that were caused by the use or non-use of the presented information or by the use of defective and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded unless it can be proven that there is deliberate or gross negligence on the part of DHB.

All offers are without engagement and remain non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement, or to discontinue publication temporarily or for good.

2. References and links

With direct or indirect references to foreign web pages ("hyperlinks"), which lie beyond the area of responsibility of the DHB, a liability obligation shall come into force exclusively in the case if DHB could technically or reasonably have knowledge of the contents and to avoid the usage in case of illegal contents.

DHB herewith expressly declares that at the time of the linking to other pages there had not been any illegal contents visible. DHB has no influence over the current and future design, contents or creatorship of these linked websites. Therefore, it expressly dissociates itself from any and all contents of the linked websites that have been changed after the links have been set. This statement shall be valid for all links and references within the website created by DHB, as well as for entries in guestbooks set up by DHB, discussion forums, lists of links, mailing lists and in all other types of databases of which external write access is possible. The responsibility for unlawful, faulty or incomplete contents and in particular for the damage which originate from the use or disuse of such kind of presented information shall lie solely with the provider of the page to which any of these links refer and with the DHB which merely refers to the content via links.

3. Copyright and trademarks

DHB aims to adhere to the copyrights of the used images, graphic art, charts and diagrams, audio documents, video sequences and texts as well as to use images, graphic art, charts, diagrams, audio documents, video sequences and texts it has created itself or to access and use public domain images, graphic art, charts and diagrams, audio documents, video sequences and texts.

All brands and trademarks mentioned and, when relevant, protected by third parties are subject to the specific trademark laws and the rights of ownership as applied to the registered owner. The sole fact that such trademarks are mentioned shall not be deemed to indicate that they are not protected by third party rights!

The copyright for published material created by DHB remains the property of DHB. Such images, graphic art, charts and diagrams, audio documents, video sequences and texts may not be duplicated or used in other electronic or printed publications without the express consent of DHB.

4. Validity of this exclusion of liability

This exclusion of liability shall be regarded as part of the website from which reference was made to this website. Should parts or single wordings from this text not, no longer or not fully comply with current law, all other sections of the document remain unaffected with regard to its content and validity.
